Ingredients:
1/2 lb dates
1/4 lb green chillies
1/2lb Bombay onions or red onions
1/2 lb carrot
1/2 bottle vinegar
1 lime pickle
Ginger and garlic (finely grounded)
1 tablespoon sugar
25g dried chillies (finely grounded)
2 tablespoons mustard
Method :
First take of the seed from the dates and cut each into 4 pieces.cut green chillies or capsicum into 2 pieces. Now keep the the finely ground ginger, garlic, dried chillies and mustard aside. Then clean the lime pickle (take of the seeds ) and cut into small pieces.
Now mix everything in vinegar ( with all the finely grounded ingredients) add a little sugar and salt now keep it on a fire when it is boiled well add carrots, green- Chillies , red onions , lime pickles and dates then mix everything well immediately take it off from the fire and let it to cool
