ingredients;
1kg minced meat(veal)
4 slices bread
5 tablespoon oil
2 eggs
3 onions
little garlic
salt , pepper
oil for frying

method
remove crust from bread. soak in water and squeeze to remove exess water. mix with minced meat.finely chopped onions,garlic,salt and pepper.knead well for 5 minutes.leave in fridge for an hour,shape into balls.flour the balls. fry in hot oil.
