Paties Dough:
Ingredients:
๐น500g Flour
๐น1 teaspoon Salt
๐น3-4 tablespoons Fried oil or Butter/ Margarine
Water
Method:
Mix flour,salt ,oil little by little and knead with water.knead the dough and keep aside for half an hour.The dough should not be too hard or too soft.
❤️Sprinkle some flour on to the patties mould.
Roll the dough thinly,place the rolled dough on the paties Mould,keep the Filling in one side and egg on the other side and close the mould tightly and cut extra pieces of dough.Place it on a Floured tray or on a Cling Film dusted with Flour.Keep it in the refrigerator If you don’t Fry immediately.
❤️Deep Fry in Medium heat until golden brown.
Ingredients for the Beef filling
๐น500 g Beef (Cut into small cubes)
๐น1 Onion-sliced thinly
๐น2 Green chilies Chopped
๐นSmall piece of Tomato(Optional)
๐น250g Potatoes cut into Small cubes
๐น1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
๐น1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
๐น2 teaspoons Chili powder
๐น1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
๐น1 teaspoon Cummin Powder
๐น1 teaspoon Salt
๐นRampe ,Curry Leaves (optional)
๐น1-2 tablespoons Oil
Method:
Heat Oil in a deep pan,Add the ginger and garlic paste,onions and chilies along with all the spices and curry leaves/Rampe.Fry until translucent.Add in the beef and fry it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Add enough water and cook the beef until tender.Add in the potatoes add water to cook the potatoes.Close with the lid and cook until all the water dries and the potatoes are cooked.Turn off the flame and remove it from the Fire.
❤️Above filling is Ideal for all kind of short eats.
