Quick and easy Chicken and Corn Soup

Ingredients;

One whole Chicken breast (200g -250g)
2 sweet corn or 1 corn tin
Cornflour 1/4 cup
Spring onions 
Pepper and salt
5 eggs

Method;
1.boil the chicken breast and the sweet corn with 1 liter of water.
2.take out the chicken and shred it .cut the corn and keep it aside.
3.grind 1/3 of the corn into a paste and dissolve it in the boiled chicken stock.( you can make without grinding the corn also)
4.add the shredded chicken and the  corn kernels,mix well.
5.mix the corn flour in one cup of water and add it to the soup.
6 now boil the soup,stir it until thickens.
7 beat the eggs and add the eggs to the soup slowly while beating with a fork so it will break nicely.
8.now switch off the fire and sprinkle with spring onions,you can sprinkle some pepper if you want.
9. Serve with garlic bread or garlic rolls.even you can serve as a starter 😁

❤️If you want add one or two whole potatoes to the chicken when you are making the stick then grind it.
❤️If you are adding potatoes add only 2-3 tablespoons cornflour.
