Fried Brinjal Salad:










 Ingredients:

4-5 Brinjal 

2  Onion

1 Tomato

1-2 Green Chillies

4-5 Tablespoons Mayonnaise or add more to your taste

Pepper powder 

Salt to taste

Method:

1️⃣Cut the Brinjals into cubes.

2️⃣Add 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder and 1 teaspoon salt to the cubes Brinjal and Mix well.

3️⃣Deep fry it in hot oil.drain it on kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.

4️⃣Slice the onions thinly.add it up a bowl and add the chopped tomato and green chillie.

5️⃣Add Mayonnaise,Salt and Pepper Powder.Mix well.

6️⃣Serve with Rice.
