Spaghetti With Meat Balls & White Sauce:

Ingredients for the Meat Balls:
๐ท500g Minced Meat
๐ท1 Onion Chopped
๐ท1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
๐ท1 teaspoon Salt
๐ท1 teaspoon Chili Powder
๐ท2 Bread Slices or 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
๐ทChopped Parsley
Ingredients for the Sauce:
๐ท1 Onion Chopped
๐ท2 Tomatoes
๐ท1 Cup Tomato paste
๐ทPepper Powder
๐ทSalt
๐ท3-4 Garlic Pods chopped
๐ทLittle Parsley (optional)
๐ท1 teaspoon Oregano
๐ท1-2 Bay Leaf
๐ท1 teaspoon Sugar
White sauce:
๐ท4 Tablespoons Butter
๐ท4 Tablespoons Flour
๐ท4 Cups Milk
๐ทGrated Cheese (optional)
๐ทPepper Powder
๐ทSalt
Method:
1️⃣In a large bowl,Combine Minced Meat ,Bread or Bread Crumbs,Pepper Powder,Egg,Salt and Parsley.Mix well and form into small balls.Cover it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.2️⃣In a large pan over medium heat,sautรฉ the Onions and garlic.until Onion is translucent.
3️⃣Stir in the tomatoes,Salt,Bayleaf,pepper powder,basil or oregano (optional)Sugar tomato and tomato paste.reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
4️⃣Deep fry the meat balls.
5️⃣Add the meat balls to the stew and simmer for for 10-15 minutes.
6️⃣Switch off the fire.
White Sauce:
1.Heat the butter,Once melted add the flour,mix well. It will become like a roux.
2.Stir it well or whisk it.
3.Add the milk little by little.
4.Add the grated cheese.
5.Add salt and pepper mix well.
๐ทI Like to Coriander leaves Instead of Parsley.
