Kankun With Beef (My Version):


Ingredients:

๐ŸŒธ1 bunch of Kankun leaves

๐ŸŒธ1 medium Onion sliced

๐ŸŒธ3-4 Green Chillies 

๐ŸŒธ2 tablespoons Ginger and Garlic Paste

๐ŸŒธ1 tablespoon Soy sauce

๐ŸŒธ2 tablespoons Oyster sauce

๐ŸŒธ1 tablespoon Chili Flakes

๐ŸŒธ1 tablespoon Oil(I used Olive Oil)

๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon Salt 

๐ŸŒธ1/2 teaspoons Sugar if you are not using Sweet Soya Sauce


Ingredients for the Fried Beef:

๐ŸŒธ1kg Lean Beef Thinly Sliced

๐ŸŒธ2-3 tablespoons Chilli Powder 

๐ŸŒธ1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder 

๐ŸŒธSalt 

๐ŸŒธSmall piece of Tamarind


Method:

1️⃣Marinate the Beef with all the ingredients.

2️⃣Add it the pressure Cooker and cook for 7-8 Whistles.

3️⃣Deep fry the Beef Slices.

4️⃣When done remove the Fried Beef from the Oil and leave it aside.

5️⃣Add oil into the pan and when it's hot add the ginger and garlic paste Stir for few minutes and then add the Sliced Onions , green Chillies sautรฉ it for few seconds.

6️⃣Finally add Kankun leaves, soy sauce and oyster sauce, Chili Flakes and Salt.

7️⃣Stir fry for few minutes and add the Fried Beef.Give it a quick mix and switch off the fire.

8️⃣Enjoy with rice.
