Whole Chicken Tandoori :

Ingredients:

 Whloe Chicken (1.2kg)

1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste

 teaspoons Cumin Seed Powder 

2-3 teaspoons Chili Powder 

1teaspoons Garam masala powder 

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 

1 teaspoons Coriander powder 

6 tablespoons Yoghurt or Curd

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Pepper Powder 

2-3 tablespoons Kastoori  Methi( dried Frnugreek leaves)

4-5 tablespoons lime juice 

Pinch of red food colouring  

2 teaspoons Salt 


Method:

1️⃣ Clean and wash the chicken.leave it in a strainer to remove all the excess water,

Make 3-4 Deep Incisions.

then wipe with a kitchen towel to remove the extra moisture.

2️⃣Make the marination with coriander powder, cumin powder, Chili Powder,Kastoorimethi, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Red Food Colour,Salt and the yoghurt.

3️⃣Mix it to a smooth paste.add the lemon juice and mix.

4️⃣ Gather  both legs ,tie with a Twine thread.the tied legs should be facing the breast.doing this will make the chicken easy to maneuver when deep frying and won’t give the chicken an odd look when the chicken is completely fried.In the mean time mix all the ingredients for marination and rub all over the chicken and insert some marination inside too.

5️⃣cover it with Cling film or store in a Container and refrigerator overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.

6️⃣Keep it in the air-fryer basket and bake for 35-40 minutes for 200c•

7️⃣Remove from air-fryer and serve hot, garnished with sliced onions and lime wedges and also can be heated on griddle if serving later.


*️⃣If you are baking Apply oil to the wire rack and arrange the marinated Chicken on it. keep it on a tray to avoid spilling in your oven.

*️⃣Preheat the oven fir 250c•Cook for 25 -30 minutes till the chicken is tender and Ready.
