Shredded Chicken:







 Here’s how to make shredded chicken Fast ,Flavorful and Juicy every time! Use it to top Salads,Tacos,Samosas,sandwiches ,Spring rolls and in any of your favorite shredded chicken recipes.

This method works for boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs.you can make ahead and keep for four days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer.


Shredded Chicken:

๐Ÿ— ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ“Œ500g Boneless Chicken breast or thighs

๐Ÿ“Œ1-2 tablespoons Ginger and garlic paste

๐Ÿ“Œ1 teaspoons Pepper powder 

๐Ÿ“ŒSalt to taste 

Method:

1️⃣Add the chicken to a pot.

2️⃣Add all the Ingredients 

3️⃣Cover  the chicken with 1 inch of water.

4️⃣Place the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Once the liquid is boiling, reduce the heat and let simmer for 8 to 15 minutes, depending upon the size and number of chicken breasts that you are poaching.

5️⃣Allow the chicken to cool down for 5 minutes. Then use two forks to shred the chicken, and use as desired.
