Coconut Ice Snow Balls (makes- 40)

This a very easy no/bake coconut ball recipe.
This demonstration is done by my daughter Zeenath Imaam🤩
Ingredients:
🌺250g Icing sugar (2cups)
🌺400g Desiccated coconut (4cups)
🌺195g Sweetened Condensed milk (Milkmaid  1/2 tin from small tin)
🌺3-4 Food colouring 
🌺Extra granulated sugar or desiccated coconut for coating 

Method 

1.Sift the icing sugar into a large bowl. 
2.Add desiccated coconut and half a tin of condensed milk knead well to combine.
3.Divide the dough into 4 separate bowls. 
4.Add a drop of different food colouring to each portion and knead well. 
5.Make small balls in each mixture.
6.Roll it in extra coconut or granulated sugar or desiccated coconut.

🍮🍮🍮🍮🍮🍮 Custard Ingredients: 🍮1 tin Condensed Milk (397g) 🍮1 tins Water (use the same tin) 🍮5 Eggs 🍮1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence Caramel Ingredients: 🍮1/2 cup sugar  How To Make The Caramel: 1️⃣Put the sugar in to a metal pan and cook over  medium heat.  2️⃣Let the sugar melt.Once it turns into a brown color, take out from the stove and pour the caramel into the bowl or baking tray, which you are going to bake the caramel pudding. 3️⃣Spread evenly and leave it aside. How To Make The Custard: 1️⃣Beat the eggs well with a whisk or Beater. 2️⃣Pour the condensed milk and water beat well. Add vanilla,mix well. 3️⃣Pour this mixture to the caramelized baking tray.  4️⃣  Pour into the prepared caramel mould bake uncovered for 50 minutes .(place the mould in a tray of water). 5️⃣ Bake at - 170 C. 6️⃣  Allow the dish to cool.   Saag Chicken Aka Palak Chicken: Marinate 500 gms of chicken with:  📌1 tablespoon Salt 📌1/2 Cup yogurt 📌1/2 tsp turmeric 📌1 tbsp red chilli powder 📌2 tablespoons coriander powder 📌1 tablespoon Cumin powder   📌1 tsp black pepper     📌1 tsp Garam masala  Spinach puree 📌2 bunch Palak (Spinach)  📌Water - As Needed 📌1 teaspoon Sugar  📌1 teaspoon Vinegar  Method: 1️⃣Marinate the chicken using all the ingredients for the marination. Allow it to marinate for 15 minutes at least. You can prepare the gravy in the meantime. 2️⃣Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the sugar and vinegar.
