Healthy Vegetable Oats Soup:

Ingredients:
πΉ1 cup Oats
πΉ1 whole Garlic cut into thin slices
πΉ2-3 cups of mixed veggies(Radish,Beans,Leeks,Cabbage,Carrot)
πΉ1 Tomato Chopped(Optional)
πΉ1 teaspoon Salt
πΉ1 teaspoon Cumin Powder (Optional)
πΉ1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
πΉ1-2 teaspoons Olive Oil
πΉ1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
Method:
1️⃣ Add oil to a deep pan,when the oil is hot add the Ginger and Garlic Paste stir it until golden
2️⃣Add all the Veggies along with the Tomato and Garlic Chopped,Mix well.
3️⃣Add about 10 Cups of water.
4️⃣Add the Salt.
5️⃣When the Water Boils,Add the Oats,Mix well.
6️⃣Cook for 5 minutes or until you get your desired soup consistency.
7️⃣Add the Cumin Powder.
8️⃣Add the Pepper Powder.Mix well.
9️⃣Yummy,Healthy Vegetable Oats Soup is ready.π²π₯
