Healthy Vegetable Oats Soup:

Ingredients:
🌹1 cup Oats
🌹1 whole Garlic cut into thin slices
🌹2-3 cups of mixed veggies(Radish,Beans,Leeks,Cabbage,Carrot)
 🌹1 Tomato Chopped(Optional)
🌹1 teaspoon Salt
🌹1 teaspoon Cumin Powder (Optional)
🌹1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
🌹1-2 teaspoons Olive Oil
🌹1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic Paste





Method:
1️⃣ Add oil to a deep pan,when the oil is hot add the Ginger and Garlic Paste stir it until golden 
2️⃣Add all the Veggies along with the Tomato and Garlic Chopped,Mix well.
3️⃣Add about 10 Cups of water.
4️⃣Add the Salt.
5️⃣When the Water Boils,Add the Oats,Mix well.
6️⃣Cook for  5 minutes or until you get your desired soup consistency.
7️⃣Add the Cumin Powder.
8️⃣Add the Pepper Powder.Mix well.
9️⃣Yummy,Healthy Vegetable Oats Soup is ready.🍲🥖
