Ingredients:

πŸ“Œ1kg chicken wings

πŸ“Œ2 teaspoons oregano

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon salt

πŸ“Œ2 teaspoons paprika or Chili Powder 

πŸ“Œ2 teaspoons cumin powder

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon pepper powder

πŸ“Œ2 eggs 

πŸ“Œ1/2 Cup cornflour


Sweet & Spicy Garlic Glaze


πŸ“Œ1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce

πŸ“Œ1/4 Cup Oyster sauce

πŸ“Œ4-5 Garlic pods grated 

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoon Honey

πŸ“Œ3 tablespoons Chili Sauce


Instructions:

1. Marinate the Wings:

1️⃣In a bowl, mix oregano, salt, paprika, cumin powder, and pepper powder.

2️⃣Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

3️⃣Pour in the beaten eggs and mix well.

4️⃣Sprinkle cornflour over the wings and mix until they're well coated. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Air Fry the Wings:

1️⃣Preheat the air fryer to 160c • for 3-5 minutes.

2️⃣Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

3️⃣Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

3. Prepare the Sweet & Spicy Garlic Glaze:

1️⃣Add the butter In to a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, oyster sauce, grated garlic, honey, and chili sauce.

2️⃣Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Toss and Serve:

1️⃣Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.

2️⃣Serve hot with your favorite dip or sides!
