Ingredients:

πŸ“Œ500g grams Potatoes 

πŸ“Œ500g grams Brinjals

πŸ“Œ350g grams liver( Chicken or Cow )

πŸ“Œ1 onion chopped 

πŸ“ŒRampe 

πŸ“ŒCurry leaves 

πŸ“Œ2-3 Green Chili 

πŸ“Œ1/2 tomato

πŸ“Œ1” Cinnamon stick 

πŸ“Œ3-4 Cardamom Pods (optional)

πŸ“Œ2 teaspoons red chili powder 

πŸ“Œ3 teaspoons coriander powder 

πŸ“Œ1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

πŸ“Œ2 teaspoons Cumin Powder 

πŸ“Œ1/2 teaspoons pepper powder 

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste

πŸ“Œ2 cups Thick coconut Milk 

πŸ“ŒSalt 

πŸ“ŒOil for deep frying 


 Method:


1️⃣Cut the potatoes and Brinjal into 1” inch cubes and marinate each separately with pinch of turmeric powder and salt then keep it aside.


2️⃣Deep fry the potatoes and Brinjals separately in batches until golden brown.

3️⃣Drain it in kitchen tissue and keep it aside.

4️⃣Add to a bowl the cubed liver ,onions,green chili ,curry leaves chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,Cumin powder ,onions,tomatoes,green Chillies.and keep it aside.

5️⃣Keep a pan on fire and add 1 tablespoons Oil to it.when the oil is hot add the ginger & garlic paste.Cinnamon-stick,Cardamom pods ,Rampe,and little onions .

6️⃣Add the marinated liver and add some water to cook the liver.when it boils close with the lid and cook for 5 minutes.

7️⃣Add the thick coconut milk and mix everything well.when the milk boils add the fried potatoes and Brinjals ,mix well and cook on slow flame until it dries up.don’t close with the lid.
