Kalia Curry ( My Version):

Ingredients:
๐500g grams Potatoes
๐500g grams Brinjals
๐350g grams liver( Chicken or Cow )
๐1 onion chopped
๐Rampe
๐Curry leaves
๐2-3 Green Chili
๐1/2 tomato
๐1” Cinnamon stick
๐3-4 Cardamom Pods (optional)
๐2 teaspoons red chili powder
๐3 teaspoons coriander powder
๐1/2 tsp turmeric powder
๐2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
๐1/2 teaspoons pepper powder
๐1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
๐2 cups Thick coconut Milk
๐Salt
๐Oil for deep frying
Method:
1️⃣Cut the potatoes and Brinjal into 1” inch cubes and marinate each separately with pinch of turmeric powder and salt then keep it aside.
2️⃣Deep fry the potatoes and Brinjals separately in batches until golden brown.
3️⃣Drain it in kitchen tissue and keep it aside.
4️⃣Add to a bowl the cubed liver ,onions,green chili ,curry leaves chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,Cumin powder ,onions,tomatoes,green Chillies.and keep it aside.
5️⃣Keep a pan on fire and add 1 tablespoons Oil to it.when the oil is hot add the ginger & garlic paste.Cinnamon-stick,Cardamom pods ,Rampe,and little onions .
6️⃣Add the marinated liver and add some water to cook the liver.when it boils close with the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
7️⃣Add the thick coconut milk and mix everything well.when the milk boils add the fried potatoes and Brinjals ,mix well and cook on slow flame until it dries up.don’t close with the lid.
