Lemon Cup Cakes (15 cup cakes)


Ingredients
100 g Flour  
100 g Sugar 
100 g Butter (melted)
2 Eggs 
1 teaspoon Baking powder 
2 tablespoons Lemon juice 
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Pinch of salt

Method :

1.Sift the flour and baking powder together,
2.In a bowl whisk the eggs and sugar, mix it  well, 
3.meanwhile add the lemon juice and  add the flour mixer little by little and whisk until the mixture get mixed.
4.Add the melted butter in it and mix again.
5. Keep the mixture in the fridge for  about half an hour. Arrange your baking tray with cup cake paper, pour one scoop of  in each cup.
6.Bake till it becomes golden at 180cfor 12-15 minutes.
7.Yummy cupcakes are ready.
