Cinnamon Rolls :











The BEST cinnamon rolls in the WORLD. Big, fluffy, soft and absolutely delicious. You’ll never go back to any other recipe once you try this one! 



Ingredients for the dough:

📍500 g Flour 

📍3  tablespoons butter or margarine 

📍1 egg

📍2 teaspoons yeast 

📍4 tablespoons sugar 

📍1 teaspoons salt

📍1 cup warm milk and some warm water to knead 


Method:

1️⃣Combine all the ingredients to the flour except butter.

2️⃣Kneas to get a non sticky dough.

3️⃣Add butter and knead for 10-15 minutes till you get a soft dough.at the beginning it’ll be sticky.when you keep on kneading butter will be absorbed by the flour and will turn into a very soft dough.

4️⃣Set it aside to double in size for one hour.cover with a cling film or a damp cloth.

5️⃣Divide the dough into two portions.Roll one portion to a rectangular shape 1/4 cm thickness.don’t roll it very thick or very thin.

6️⃣Apply the butter all over the rolled dough.

Sprinkle the Cinnamon Powder and sugar evenly over the buttered dough.

7️⃣Roll up the dough-from the longer side tightly into a Log.

8️⃣cut into equal sizes you want.I cut my dough into 1”inch rolls.

9️⃣I also recommend lining the tray with parchment paper as well, in case any of the filling ends up leaking out.Don’t arrange them very close too.

1️⃣0️⃣Make all the Dough and arrange it on a parchment lined baking tray.leave it for 30 more minutes for the second proof.leave it inside the oven or cover with a cling film and leave it outside.

1️⃣1️⃣Bake at 190c• for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden brown on top. (underbake them a little so they stay soft in the middle, that’s why I want them just slightly golden brown)


Filling:

Ingredients:

📍3/4 cup loosely packed brown sugar

📍2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 

📍5 tablespoons Butter or Margarine 

Method:

 Add more or less Ground Cinnamon to your  taste.

I always like to sprinkle Sugar all over the dough then Sprinkle cinnamon on top.


Glaze:

Ingredients:

📍50g Icing Sugar

📍1 tablespoon Hot Milk  or Hot Water

📍Method:

1️⃣Mix everything well without any lumps.If the glaze is too thick add more water or Milk.

2️⃣Allow to Cool down the Cinnamon Rolls for 5 minutes.

3️⃣Drizzle the glaze all over the baked Cinnamon Rolls with a fork or you can spread all over the rolls with the spatula.

4️⃣Make more Glaze if you prefer Sweeter Cinnamon Rolls .

5️⃣Serve Immediately.Enjoy !

Tip for Freezing:

⏺To make these cinnamon rolls ahead of time, follow the recipe from start to finish, stopping before you add the glaze. Allow the rolls to cool completely before freezing them.you can freeze them for up to a month. Covered in foil and store in a zip log bag or in an airtight container.when you want to use,thaw them for 30 minutes. they reheat perfectly in a 170c• for 10 minutes.Add the glaze right before you eat!
