Lamb Chops (My Version)




Ingredients:

Lamb Chops 1kg
Chillie powder 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cummin powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
1/2 lime or lemon juice
Ginger and garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Curd or plain yogurt 4 tablespoons

Method:

1. Marinate the  lamb with all the masalas and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
2. Arrange it on a tray add 2 cups of water.
3. cover with a foil and bake
 for one hour at 150•
4. When the meat is tender remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes at 200•turning both sides until brown.
5. I didn’t add any oil.it will ooze out oil from the meat.
6. Enjoy with Mashed potatoes and vegetables steamed vegetables if you like.

Mashed potatoes πŸ₯” πŸ₯”πŸ₯”πŸ₯”
Ingredients:

500g potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
Pepper and salt to your taste
1/4 cup of milk

Method:
1.Boil the potatoes with salt.
2.mash the potatoes.
3.Add the milk to a saucepan,add the butter to it when the butter melts add the mashed potatoes to it mix well until smooth and creamy .
4.sprinkle pepper to your taste.
5.Enjoy.
