Baked Adukku Roti :

Ingredients:

Pastry cover (Base) dough:
๐Ÿ…250g flour
๐Ÿ…1cup of cool water
๐Ÿ…1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine 
๐Ÿ…Salt

Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough, divide into two pieces and leave it aside.

Pancake mixture:
๐Ÿฅž2 cups Flour
๐Ÿฅž1egg
๐Ÿฅž2 cups Milk or water 
๐Ÿฅž1 teaspoon Salt

1.Blend everything and make a pancake batter.
2. Make all same size thin pancakes and keep it aside.
3. Beat 3-4 eggs with little pepper and salt and keep it aside.

For the filling

๐Ÿฅ•250g boiled and shredded beef
๐Ÿฅ•3 - 4 boiled mashed potatoes
๐Ÿฅ•1tsp ginger&garlic paste
๐Ÿฅ•Small piece of tomato
๐Ÿฅ•1 medium onion chopped
๐Ÿฅ•Curry leaves
๐Ÿฅ•1tbsp oil
๐Ÿฅ•1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
๐Ÿฅ•2 teaspoon chilly powder
๐Ÿฅ•1 teaspoons pepper powder
๐Ÿฅ•Salt to taste.

1.Heat the pan with oil.then add the ginger garlic paste mix stir it ,when it’s golden add the onions ,mix it add the spices (adjust the spices according to your preference)curry leaves.
2.Now add the shredded Beef and the boiled potatoes mix well and when it is well combined with everything switch off the fire.
3.Butter the tray well.
Make a rotti from the dough and place a pancake on top of it.Now keep a layer from the filling then a Layer from beaten eggs,then another pancake ,filling and beaten eggs.make alternate layers until all the pancake finishes ,(many layers as you want)
4. End it with a layer of roti base and cover everything ,Seal the edges properly.
5. Brush with egg or Milk,bake at 200 c for 25-30 Minutes until brown on
