Baked Adukku Roti :

Ingredients:

Pastry cover (Base) dough:
🍅250g flour
🍅1cup of cool water
🍅1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine 
🍅Salt

Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough, divide into two pieces and leave it aside.

Pancake mixture:
🥞2 cups Flour
🥞1egg
🥞2 cups Milk or water 
🥞1 teaspoon Salt

1.Blend everything and make a pancake batter.
2. Make all same size thin pancakes and keep it aside.
3. Beat 3-4 eggs with little pepper and salt and keep it aside.

For the filling

🥕250g boiled and shredded beef
🥕3 - 4 boiled mashed potatoes
🥕1tsp ginger&garlic paste
🥕Small piece of tomato
🥕1 medium onion chopped
🥕Curry leaves
🥕1tbsp oil
🥕1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
🥕2 teaspoon chilly powder
🥕1 teaspoons pepper powder
🥕Salt to taste.

1.Heat the pan with oil.then add the ginger garlic paste mix stir it ,when it’s golden add the onions ,mix it add the spices (adjust the spices according to your preference)curry leaves.
2.Now add the shredded Beef and the boiled potatoes mix well and when it is well combined with everything switch off the fire.
3.Butter the tray well.
Make a rotti from the dough and place a pancake on top of it.Now keep a layer from the filling then a Layer from beaten eggs,then another pancake ,filling and beaten eggs.make alternate layers until all the pancake finishes ,(many layers as you want)
4. End it with a layer of roti base and cover everything ,Seal the edges properly.
5. Brush with egg or Milk,bake at 200 c for 25-30 Minutes until brown on
