 Beetroot Stir Fry:

Ingredients:

⏺2 Medium Beet root 

⏺1/2 an Onion sliced

⏺1 green chili

⏺Curry leaves and Pandan leaves (optional)

⏺1/4 teaspoons Turmeric Powder 

⏺1 teaspoon Chili Powder 

⏺Salt

⏺Small slice of Tomato (optional)

⏺1-2 tablespoon Oil


Method

1️⃣Peel the skin of beetroot,wash and Slice the beetroot into julienne.

2️⃣Heat a pan add the oil.

3️⃣Add the Pandan leaves.

4️⃣Add all the other ingredients stir fry without adding water in medium flame for 1 minute.

5️⃣Reduce the flame to very low and close with the lid and cook for 5 m- 10 minutes.stir it in between and make sure not to burn.

6️⃣switch off the fire.
