Fish Fillet Fry

Ingredients;
Fish fillet 1kg
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons chillie powder
1 teaspoon cummin powder
5 tablespoon lemon juice
3 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Salt
For coating the fish;
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Salt
Little pepper powder
Bread crumbs (i used panko
Crumbs)
Method;
Pat dry the fish fillet, Cut the fillet into cubes,marinate it with chille powder,turmeric powder,cummin powder,pepper powder,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,salt. Leave it aside for one hour
Prepare 3 shallow dishes: one for the flour(add salt and little pepper powder to it )one for the egg, and one for the bread crumbs.beat the egg lightly. Dip one fish piece at the time, first in the flour, then in the egg. Let the excess egg drip off before coating the fish in the bread crumbs. Turn the fish to coat both sides with bread crumbs.Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Turn the fish 3-5 min on each side, until the bread crumb coating becomes golden-coloured. Serve with mayonnaise and tomatoe sauce.
