Chocolate bun topped with honey glaze


Ingredients: 
๐ŸŒน2 teaspoons yeast
๐ŸŒน500 g Flour
๐ŸŒน3 tablespoons sugar 
๐ŸŒน3 tablespoons butter or Margarine 
๐ŸŒนSalt 1/2 teaspoons 
๐ŸŒน1 egg
๐ŸŒนWarm milk to knead the dough 

Method:
1.put all the ingredients to a bowl and add milk little by little and knead into a very soft dough.
  1. Close it with a damp cloth and leave it to rise for one hour.

    3. Divide the dough into small lime sized balls. Then flatten them

    with your fingers, add a small piece of chocolate  in its center. Bring the edges together and form a ball so that the chocolate  is completely enclosed within the dough. Repeat this with all the dough.

    4.Arrange it but closer on a buttered tray . Brush with egg on top and bake at 200c for 20-25 minutes.
    5. When the buns are out from the oven immediately pour it or brush over the buns
    and leave for 5 minutes and serve.

    Ingredients for the Glaze:
      ๐ŸŒน1/2 cup sugar 
      ๐ŸŒน1/4 cup water
      ๐ŸŒน1 tbsp honey 
For the glaze:
Boil the sugar and water together for a few minutes until it is slightly thickened. Remove from the heat and add the honey. Mix and set aside to cool completely.(don’t add hot glaze over the bun.)
