Kiribath in rice cooker
Ingredients;
🌹Rice 3 cups (Basmati)
🌹Coconut milk or fresh milk 3 cups
🌹Salt to taste
Method;
- Cook the rice the usual way with salt.( 3 cups rice add 6 cups water)
- When the rice is cooked add the Milk mix it.
- Now cook the rice again until done and all the Milk is absorbed well.
- When it is cooked if it’s not mushy press with the spoon and stir it well and serve😊
- Put the Milk rice on a plate .
- Leave it to cool down for 5 minutes and flatten it with a spoon and cut into desired shape.(diamond or square shape)
