Kiribath in rice cooker



Ingredients;

🌹Rice 3 cups (Basmati)
🌹Coconut milk or fresh milk 3 cups
🌹Salt to taste

Method;
  1. Cook the rice the usual way  with salt.( 3 cups rice add 6 cups water)
  2. When the rice is cooked add the Milk mix it.
  3. Now cook the rice again until done and all the Milk is absorbed well.
  4. When it is cooked if it’s not mushy press with the spoon and stir it  well and serve😊
  5. Put the Milk rice on a plate .
  6. Leave it to cool down for 5 minutes and flatten it  with a spoon and cut into desired shape.(diamond or square shape)
  7. Enjoy and let me know how it turned out😁
