chinese drumsticks

Ingredients;
8 chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp clear honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
good pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
Method;
cut a couple of slashes in the fleshy
part of each
drumstick and lay them in a shallow dish.Mix all the remaining
ingredients together and pour over the chicken.If possible
leave in the refrigerator overnight,but if these is not
possible,marinade he drumsticks for at least 2 hours.
Grill the drumsticks for about 20-30 minutes,turning
frequently and basting with the marinade.Serve hot or cold
with noodles or a crisp green salad.
