Ingredients;
๐ธFish Fillet 1 kg
๐ธ3 teaspoons Chillie powder
๐ธ1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
๐ธ1 teaspoon cummin powder
๐ธ2 teaspoons coriander powder
๐ธ2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
๐ธSalt to taste
๐ธ3-4 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
๐ธ4 tablespoons curd or plain yogurt
๐ธOlive oil 1 tablespoon
Method:
1. Cut the fish into cubes, marinate with all the other ingredients and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
For baking:
๐ธWooden or metal Skewers
๐ธOnions cut into cubes cubes
๐ธRed ,yellow and green bell peppers cut into cubes
.
๐น๐นsoak the wooden skewers in water for one hour so that it won’t burn in the grill.
๐น๐นinsert the fish cubes,then onion,bell peppers alternately how you like.brush with oil on top
๐น๐นbake at 220• for 8-10 minutes each sides.
