Ingredients;
πΈFish Fillet 1 kg
πΈ3 teaspoons Chillie powder
πΈ1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
πΈ1 teaspoon cummin powder
πΈ2 teaspoons coriander powder
πΈ2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
πΈSalt to taste
πΈ3-4 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
πΈ4 tablespoons curd or plain yogurt
πΈOlive oil 1 tablespoon
Method:
1. Cut the fish into cubes, marinate with all the other ingredients and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
For baking:
πΈWooden or metal Skewers
πΈOnions cut into cubes cubes
πΈRed ,yellow and green bell peppers cut into cubes
.
πΉπΉsoak the wooden skewers in water for one hour so that it won’t burn in the grill.
πΉπΉinsert the fish cubes,then onion,bell peppers alternately how you like.brush with oil on top
πΉπΉbake at 220• for 8-10 minutes each sides.
