Gnakatha


Ingredients:

All purpose flour 250g
Butter 50g
Egg1
Sugar 100g
Baking powder 3tsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Method:
In a bowl add butter and sugar and mix well. After that add 1egg nd beat.then add all purpose flour and baking powder vanilla essence and knead well,make a dough.then divide the dough into small balls,flattened with your palm ,moisten one side with water. Then coat with sugar.arrange it on a buttered tray,pre  heate the oven at 180c bake for 20minutes till slightly brown.
