Chillie Chicken / Chillie Mutton

ingredients:
1 kg chicken or mutton
ginger and garlic
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon white wine or vinegar
1 tablespoon onions
5 dry chillies
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
3 tablespoons cornflour 
1-2 teaspoons salt
method:
heat oil fry ginger and garlic fry boiled chicken or mutton (add pepper,salt while frying)let it fry nicely.add soya sauce,and wine or vinegar. take it off fire and keep aside.temper onions,add dry chillie pieces and fry for a while add all fried ingredients back to it.add stock (dissolve 3 teaspoon of cornflour)allow to simmer boil once take off from fire.
