Rice Pakoda


THIS IS A SNACK YOU CAN MAKE WITH LEFT OVER COOKED RICE,I TRIED THIS TODAY AND IT
IS VERY EASY AND TASTY TOO.I WANT TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU ALL.ENJOY...

ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1|4 cup gram flour
1|4 cup cornflour
chilly powder1 teaspoon or to your taste
salt to taste
lemon juice 1|2 teaspoon
onions 1
ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon
what ever vegetable you have 1 cup (CARROT ,CABBAGE,LEEKS)or any mixed vegetables.



method:

1. mash the rice nicely with your fingers.
2.add vegetables ,ginger and garlc paste,onions,curyleaves to the rice mix it.
3. sprinkle little water and add the gram flour and corn flour mix well.
4. fry in hot oil like pakoda or dip in flour paste and fry or flatten it and
add little oil to a frying pan and make as patties.
5. serve with tomato sauce.
