Potato fry ๐Ÿฅ”

Special Potatoe Fry;
๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿ‹

Ingredients:

Potatoes 500g
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Onions 3(cut into thin slices)
Maldives fish 2 teaspoons 
Dry chillie flakes 4-5teaspoons
1 lime or lemon 
Oil


Method:
๐ŸŒทPeel the Potatoes and cut into  one cm thick circles.
๐ŸŒทBoil some water with turmeric powder,salt and 2tablespoon lime juice,now add the potatoe slices and cook it until half done.
๐ŸŒทdrain the water.
๐ŸŒทHeat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until light golden in colour
๐ŸŒทNow keep the fried potatoes aside.
๐ŸŒทFry the sliced onion with 2tablespoons of oil until brown (like we fry for biriyani)
๐ŸŒทwhen the onions turn brown add the 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder,Maldive fish,dry chillie flakes and the fried potatoes and give it a good mix.
๐ŸŒทnow switch off fire and add lime juice mix well and serve with Rice.
