Homemade Flour Tortillas

Ingredients;

Flour 500g
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Butter or Margarine 2 tablespoons
Water to knead

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it with your finger tips until fine bread crumbles form.
Add water little by little and mix until the dough is combined.
Knead into a smooth and elastic dough and keep it covered and leave for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into  10 equal parts.
Take each dough ball and roll on a well floured worktop.
Roll into round Tortillas as thin as possible.
Cook both sides in a hot skillet until slightly golden brown spots appear.
Place the cooked tortillas in a hot pot(warmer) until used.

Tortilla Filling:
πŸ—πŸŒ―πŸ—πŸŒ―πŸ—πŸŒ―πŸ—πŸŒ―
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 500g
Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
Yoghurt 4 Tablespoons
Chili powder 2 teaspoons
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Method:
🌹wash the chicken,cut into small cubes and marinate with all the ingredients and keep it aside for 1 hour.
🌹Spread the chicken on an oven proof dish or tray and bake at 240 c for 10- 15 minutes until both side  roast properly.

Tortilla Sauce:
Yoghurt 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime juice 2 tablespoons
🌹Mix all the ingredients
🌹It’s ready now.
🌹leftover Sauce you can refrigerate.
