Pan Fried Beef Steak;

Ingridients

I kg beef sliced to medium thin
Olive oil
2 teaspoons Pepper powder
Ginger garlic paste
Juice of 2 limes
3 tablespoon Soya sauce
Salt
1 large onion cut into rings

Method

Cut the beef into medium thin slices and wash and remove  all the moisture with a paper towel. Tenderize the meat with point of your knife. In a large bowl add pepper powder, soya sauce , ginger garlic paste, lime juice and salt and mix well and coat the meat and marinate and leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator .In a pressure cooker cook the beef with very little water and allow to cook till 3 whistles.
In a skillet add some olive oil keep the heat on medium fry each sides for 5 minutes .Both sides 10 minutes. Put the onion rings and turn off heat cover it .let onions sit till they are soft. Add few spoons of the marinated juice if you need slightly gravy.(
