Fish Devil:

Ingredients:

1 onion sliced or cut into rings
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
( if you don’t have bell pepper you can add 2 or 3 Capsicum)
2 tablespoons Tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Chillie sauce
1 tablespoon Dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chillie powder
2 teaspoon-ginger and garlic paste
1 soup cube
2 teaspoons Cornflour

Ingredients for the fish Marinade;

1 kg Fish Fillet or any Fish
3 teaspoon Chillie powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/2 Lemon juice  or tamarind 4-5 pieces

Method:
1. Marinate the fish with all the ingredients and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour then deep fry it.
2. Put the soup cube into a bowl and add 2 cups of water mix well.add soya sauce ,tomato sauce,chillie sauce, sugar, corn flour,chillie powder and keep it aside.
3. Now keep a pan on fire add oil,add ginger garlic paste ,when it’s brown add the bell peppers and the onions,add salt stir it for a minute.
4. Now pour the sauce mix to it and add the fried fish pieces.
5. When it comes to a boil and becomes thick switch off the fire.
6.You can enjoy it with Fried rice or noodles.
