Banana Flower pickle:






1 Canned Banana flower or fresh one 
1 large onion 
Lime pickle small piece
1 tomatoe
2 green chilies
Maldive fish flakes 
Chilli flakes 
Chili powder 
1/4 teaspoons Turmeric powder 
Cummin seeds
Mustard 
Oil
Salt

Method 
Heat a large pan add mustard seeds and cummin seeds roast it slightly add oil . When mustard seeds flutter add onion,tomatoes, curry leaves and green chillie. Mix well and add the chopped banana flower and mix well ,add some lime pickle,cook till all the water reduce and oil come out. Take if off the fire and serve as a side dish for white rice.it’s just like puli curry.
