Ingredients:
25 g Dried Shrimp (Kunisso)
2 Cloves of grated Garlic
50 g Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1  Tablespoons Soya Sauce

Method:
1.Heat Oil in a pan.
2.Add the dried Shrimp,Fry it until golden brown in color for 2 minutes.
3.Add the grated Garlic,mix it for one minute.
4.Add the Chili Flakes,Mix well.
5.Add the Salt.
6.Add the sugar ,Stir it well.
7.Add the soya Sauce,Stir well.
8.Cook for 4-5 minutes until thick.
9.You can store it an airtight 
container.

๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒนIf you want you can sautรฉ the Dried Shrimp first Separately and grind it to a fine paste and follow all the other steps above and make it.
