Coffee Soufflรฉ:







Ingredients:
๐ŸŒน397 g Condensed Milk (small tin)
๐ŸŒน1 1/2 tins of hot water
๐ŸŒน5-6 teaspoons of Nescafรฉ 
๐ŸŒน1 teaspoon coffee powder 
๐ŸŒน3 Eggs Seperated
๐ŸŒน3 tablespoons Sugar
๐ŸŒน2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence or Coffee Essence
๐ŸŒน2 tablespoons Gelatin  dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water

Method:

1.Make a coffee with 1 1/2 tins of hot water.
2.dissolve the Gelatin in half cup of hot water and keep it aside.
3.Beat the egg yolk’s with the sugar and keep it aside.
4.Mix the Condensed Milk and Coffee and stir over medium heat.
5.when the Milk start to boil add the beaten egg yolks,
6. Stir until it thickens sufficiently to coat the back of the spoon.
7.Add the dissolved Gelatin and mix it well.Let the mixture cool completely.
8.Beat the Egg whites stiff and fold into the  cooled coffee mix.
9.Pour into a Pyrex dish,leave-to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set.
10.Decorate with whipped cream on top or chocolate scrapes.
11.Enjoy yummy,Melt in the mouth Coffee Soufflรฉ.
