Apple Jam:




Here is an Amazing,Flavorful,Spiced Apple Jam Recipe.you can eat with Ghee Rice,Biriyani and Fried Rice.

Ingredients:
๐ŸŽ2 Big Apples ( any apples ๐ŸŽ ๐Ÿ)
๐ŸŽ1 onion chopped 
๐ŸŽ2-3 green chilies
๐ŸŽRampe ,Curry leaves( optional)
๐ŸŽ3 tablespoons Sugar 
๐ŸŽSmall piece of Jaggery
 ๐ŸŽ1 teaspoon Salt
๐ŸŽ3 teaspoons Chili powder (add according to your spice level)
๐ŸŽ1/4 teaspoons Turmeric Powder 
๐ŸŽ1 Small Tomato 
๐ŸŽ1” Cinnamon  Stick
๐ŸŽ4-5 Cardamom pods
๐ŸŽ1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
๐ŸŽHandful Raisins (optional)
๐ŸŽ1 tablespoons Oil

Method :
1.Peel the apple’s and cut it into small cubes.
2.Add oil to a deep pan.
3.Add the Mustard seeds,let it splatter.
4.Add the Cinnamon Stick ,Cardamom,Rampe ,Curry Leaves,stir it.
5. Add the Chili powder,turmeric to the oil.
6.Add the cubed Apples and the tomatoes,stir it.Add salt mix well.
7.Add 2 or more cups of water to cover the apples,cook on medium heat.once boiled close with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
8.Add the Jaggery and cook for another 2 more minutes.
9.Add the sugar and raisins cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  1.  Switch off the fire.
  2. Enjoy.
