Ingredients
🌹1 Bunch of kankun
🌹1 onion chopped
🌹2-3 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
🌹Maldive fish flakes (optional)
🌹Salt to taste
🌹1 green chili
Method
1.Clean and chop kankun and rinse it and drain the water thoroughly in a colander.
2. Heat some oil in a pan add chopped onions. Stir it.
3.Add the red chilli flakes and maldive fish flakes.
4. Add the green chili.
5.Add salt,Cook if for a minute.
6.Add the chopped kankun. Don't cover with a lid. Cook it for a minute. Cook on medium high heat.
7.switch off the fire.
8.serve with white Rice.
