Lasagne

Lasagne:

Ingredients:
๐ŸŒธ500g Lasagne packet
๐ŸŒธ2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
๐ŸŒธ2 tablespoons parsley or spring onions
๐ŸŒธ600g Beef Mince or minced Chicken
๐ŸŒธ1 big onion
๐ŸŒธ8 tablespoons Tomato puree(paste)
๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon Chilli powder 
๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon curry powder 
๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon pepper powder 
๐ŸŒธ2 tablespoons crushed garlic 
๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon oregano 
๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon sugar
๐ŸŒธSalt to taste
๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
๐ŸŒธ1 soup cube
๐ŸŒธ2 tablespoons vinegar
Method:
1.Heat oil add the Garlic,then onions,stir it.
2.Add the spices ,add sugar,tomato paste,
3.Add the chicken,vinegar and paprika and cook for a while.
4.Add some water to cook the meat.close with the lid and cook until done.
5.Finally add the parsley or spring onions.mix it add the oregano,Mix well and switch off the fire.
6.The curry should be with little gravy.




 
White Sauce(Bรฉchamel Sauce):
Ingredients:
๐ŸŒผ6 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
๐ŸŒผ6 tablespoons Flour
๐ŸŒผ6 cups of Milk
๐ŸŒผ1 teaspoon salt
๐ŸŒผ1 teaspoon white pepper (I added black)
๐ŸŒผ8 tablespoons mozzarella Cheese 
Method:
1.Heat the butter,Once melted add the flour,mix well. It will become like a roux.
2.Stir it well or whisk it.
3.Add the milk little by little.
4.Add the grated cheese.
5.Add salt and pepper mix well.
6.cook for a while,keep stirring until it’s smooth.
7.Switch off the fire.
How to  Arrange the lasagne sheets:
1.Spread the meat sauce over the base of a Pyrex dish or baking tray.cover with a single layer of dried pasta sheets,snapping them to fit if needed.
2.Then comes the meat layer,on top the bechamel sauce,Spread the sheets again and continue right Up to the top.(Lasgne Sheets,bรฉchamel Sauce,Meat sauce)
3.Repeat it two more times to use all the meat sauce.
4.Add a final layer of Sheets only.
5.The last layer of the bรฉchamel sauce.
6.If you want you can sprinkle more grated  Mozzarella Cheese on top.
7.Cover the edges with Sauce properly ,otherwise the edge will tend to roll in.
8.Add one soup cube in 1 cup of hot water.
9.Pour the stock right around the dish and cover with  foil.
10.pre-heat the oven to 180c and bake for 25-30 minutes.
11.Remove the foil and bake for 15 more minutes if 
You want (I don’t like burned lasagne so I skip this๐Ÿ˜€)
