Tuna Cutlets:







Ingredients:
๐ŸŒน5-6 Medium sized Potatoes ( boiled)
๐ŸŒน6 medium size Onions chopped 
๐ŸŒน4 -5 Green Chilies (depending on how spicy you want ,cut in thin slices)
๐ŸŒน100 g leeks 
๐ŸŒน2 Cans of Tuna chunks in oil 
๐ŸŒน1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
๐ŸŒน1-2  teaspoon  chilli powder 
๐ŸŒน1 teaspoon Pepper powder
๐ŸŒน1-2 teaspoons cumin powder 
๐ŸŒน2 teaspoons Coriander powder 
๐ŸŒนCurry leaves and Rampe (optional)
๐ŸŒนSalt to taste
๐ŸŒน2-3 tablespoons Lime Juice
๐ŸŒนBread crumbs
๐ŸŒนOil to fry

Flour batter:
๐ŸŒน5-6 tablespoons flour
๐ŸŒน10 tablespoons water
Or two eggs beaten

Method:
1. Add the Oil which is in the Tuna can to a pan,
Add the Rampe,Curry Leaves,onions,green chilli and the other spices.

2.Mix well.add the Tuna,mix well.add the chopped Leeks (optional)

3.Add the Mashed Potatoes stir it.

4.Cook on low flame until the mixture heats up.
Add the Lemon juice,mix well.check the salt.Switch off the fire.

5.Leave it aside until it cools down.

6.Finally Make balls out of it. You can make big  or Small size balls.Make balls with all the remaining tuna mix.

7.Make a flour batter (or beaten eggs) and dip the balls one by one and roll in bread crumbs.

8.Fry the cutlets in deep hot oil until the balls turn into golden brown .place them on a kitchen towel or tissue paper, so that it will absorb the oil.
