Home Made Bread:

Ingredients:
500g flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon Instant yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon salt
Coconut oil or olive oil to brush the top(optional)

Method;

1)put all the ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes,

2)keep the dough covered with a damp cloth or Cling film and leave it to rise for one hour.

3)cut the dough equally into two pieces.one should weigh like 350-400g dough ball.In a floured board place a dough portion,roll the dough to a square shape,Fold both ends,Roll it,place it on a well greased Loaf Tin.

4)brush it with the oil or just keep it aside to rise for one more hour for the second proof.

5)Bake at 190c• for 30-40 minutes until done.

6)enjoy your fresh,crispy, soft,Home Made bread.
Tip: 🌹If your yeast is old ,Proof your yeast to find out if it's still active by adding the sugar and yeast with half a cup of warm water,Then, wait 10 minutes. If the mixture bubbles and develops a yeasty aroma, the yeast is still good.If your yeast is good you can just add it to the flour .
🌹Brush with Milk and  you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the bread.
🌹you can dust with flour on top of the bread.
