Sri Lanka Cheese Kothu:





 Authentic Srilankan Kothu Roti:

Ingredients:
πŸ”΄ 10-12 Plain godamba Roti cut into thin strips
πŸ”΄Cooked beef or Chicken  curry
πŸ”΄1 onion Sliced
πŸ”΄3-4 Spring onions shredded 
πŸ”΄green chilli, sliced(optional)
πŸ”΄1-2 Thinly shredded carrots 
πŸ”΄Cabbage finely shredded 
πŸ”΄2 -3 teaspoon s ginger and garlic paste 
πŸ”΄3-4Eggs
πŸ”΄1 teaspoon pepper powder 
πŸ”΄Salt to taste
πŸ”΄Oil

Method
1️⃣Heat a large wok
2️⃣Add onions, when it starts getting brown add ginger and garlic paste.
3️⃣Add the vegetables,add Salt.Mix well.
4️⃣Add the eggs ,Sprinkle pepper powder to the eggs and scramble it. 
5️⃣Add the Godamba Roti pieces mix well.
6️⃣ Add some gravy and meat pieces and mix well.
7️⃣If you have a sharpe edged vessel or a cookie cutter scramble everything together. Serve while it's hot..

Cheese Kothu:
Ingredients:
πŸ”΄4Cups made kottu roti
πŸ”΄1 cup Milk
πŸ”΄2 slices or more cheese to your taste.
Method:
1️⃣Add milk and cheese to a pan.
2️⃣Switch on the fire.when the milk start boing and the cheese melts add the cooked kothu roti.mix well.
3️⃣When It is dry switch off the fire and serve hot.
