Sri Lanka Cheese Kothu:
Authentic Srilankan Kothu Roti:
Ingredients:
๐ด 10-12 Plain godamba Roti cut into thin strips
๐ดCooked beef or Chicken curry
๐ด1 onion Sliced
๐ด3-4 Spring onions shredded
๐ดgreen chilli, sliced(optional)
๐ด1-2 Thinly shredded carrots
๐ดCabbage finely shredded
๐ด2 -3 teaspoon s ginger and garlic paste
๐ด3-4Eggs
๐ด1 teaspoon pepper powder
๐ดSalt to taste
๐ดOil
Method
1️⃣Heat a large wok
2️⃣Add onions, when it starts getting brown add ginger and garlic paste.
3️⃣Add the vegetables,add Salt.Mix well.
4️⃣Add the eggs ,Sprinkle pepper powder to the eggs and scramble it.
5️⃣Add the Godamba Roti pieces mix well.
6️⃣ Add some gravy and meat pieces and mix well.
7️⃣If you have a sharpe edged vessel or a cookie cutter scramble everything together. Serve while it's hot..
Cheese Kothu:
Ingredients:
๐ด4Cups made kottu roti
๐ด1 cup Milk
๐ด2 slices or more cheese to your taste.
Method:
1️⃣Add milk and cheese to a pan.
2️⃣Switch on the fire.when the milk start boing and the cheese melts add the cooked kothu roti.mix well.
3️⃣When It is dry switch off the fire and serve hot.
