Bread Pockets:









๐Ÿฅ— ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ—

Ingredients:

๐ŸŒนBread slices 8

๐ŸŒนFilling of your choice 

๐ŸŒนEgg 2

๐ŸŒนBread crumbs 

๐ŸŒนOil for deep fry 

Method:

1️⃣Take 2 slices of the bread keep the one slice on top of the other slice.

2️⃣Roll it,then cut it with a circle cutter.(When you cut like this, the two bread circles will get stuck together). Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices.

3️⃣Dip it in the egg then coat it with the biscuit crumbs.

4️⃣Fry it in medium flame till it puffs & turns into golden brown in color.Turn both sides and fry evenly.

5️⃣Drain it on kitchen towel.Let it cool.

6️⃣Cut these bread circles to two halves and open to make pockets.

7️⃣Fill it with chicken and some salad with mayonnaise.
