Thayir Vadai With Left Over Vada:
THAYIR VADAI WITH LEFT OVER VADA:
Ingredients :
πΉyogurt - 500 - ml
πΉFinely chopped coriander leaves
πΉGrated carrots (Optional)
πΉ2 green chilies chopped
πΉSugar 1/2 teaspoon
πΉSalt
For Tempering:
πΉMustard seeds 1/4 tsp
πΉUrad dhal 1/2 teaspoon
πΉOil 1/2 teaspoon
πΉCurry leaves 1 sprig
Method
1️⃣Take the Left over vadas and put in cold water which has added 1/2 teaspoons salt,Leave it to soak for 5 minutes.
2️⃣Now Take them out of water and squeeze the water and keep it aside.
3️⃣For the Yogurt add cumin powder,green chilli,coriander leaves ,Sugar,Salt and blend it.or whisk it.
4️⃣Heat the oil in a kadhai ,add mustard seeds,curry leaves, Mix this to the yoghurt mix.
Place the vada in a tray and pour the curd mixture evenly all over the vadas and cover them completely.
πΉπΉServing - place the Vada in a deep dish.pour the curd mixture all over the vadas and cover completely.
πΉπΉSprinkle with grated carrots, Coriander leaves.(optional)
πΉπΉRefrigerate the soaked Vadais for one hour.
πΉπΉServe it Chill.
