Thayir Vadai With Left Over Vada:
THAYIR VADAI WITH LEFT OVER VADA:
Ingredients :
๐นyogurt - 500 - ml
๐นFinely chopped coriander leaves
๐นGrated carrots (Optional)
๐น2 green chilies chopped
๐นSugar 1/2 teaspoon
๐นSalt
For Tempering:
๐นMustard seeds 1/4 tsp
๐นUrad dhal 1/2 teaspoon
๐นOil 1/2 teaspoon
๐นCurry leaves 1 sprig
Method
1️⃣Take the Left over vadas and put in cold water which has added 1/2 teaspoons salt,Leave it to soak for 5 minutes.
2️⃣Now Take them out of water and squeeze the water and keep it aside.
3️⃣For the Yogurt add cumin powder,green chilli,coriander leaves ,Sugar,Salt and blend it.or whisk it.
4️⃣Heat the oil in a kadhai ,add mustard seeds,curry leaves, Mix this to the yoghurt mix.
Place the vada in a tray and pour the curd mixture evenly all over the vadas and cover them completely.
๐น๐นServing - place the Vada in a deep dish.pour the curd mixture all over the vadas and cover completely.
๐น๐นSprinkle with grated carrots, Coriander leaves.(optional)
๐น๐นRefrigerate the soaked Vadais for one hour.
๐น๐นServe it Chill.
