Thayir Vadai With Left Over Vada:

THAYIR VADAI WITH LEFT OVER VADA:


Ingredients :


๐ŸŒนyogurt - 500 - ml

๐ŸŒนFinely chopped coriander leaves 

๐ŸŒนGrated carrots (Optional)

๐ŸŒน2 green chilies chopped 

๐ŸŒนSugar 1/2 teaspoon

๐ŸŒนSalt

For Tempering:

๐ŸŒนMustard seeds 1/4 tsp

๐ŸŒนUrad dhal  1/2 teaspoon 

๐ŸŒนOil 1/2 teaspoon 

๐ŸŒนCurry leaves 1 sprig


Method 


1️⃣Take the Left over vadas and put in cold water which has added 1/2 teaspoons salt,Leave it to soak for 5 minutes.

2️⃣Now Take them out of water and squeeze the water and keep it aside. 

3️⃣For the Yogurt add cumin  powder,green chilli,coriander leaves ,Sugar,Salt and blend it.or whisk it.

4️⃣Heat the oil in a kadhai ,add mustard seeds,curry leaves, Mix this to the yoghurt mix.


Place the vada in a tray and pour the curd mixture evenly all over the vadas and cover them completely.


๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒนServing - place the Vada in a deep dish.pour the curd mixture all over the vadas and cover completely.

๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒนSprinkle with grated carrots, Coriander leaves.(optional)

๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒนRefrigerate the soaked Vadais for one hour.

๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒนServe it Chill.
