This whole wheat Bread is a little less soft but a lot more healthy.You can also make these
bread loaves using 100%whole wheat flour.
But when baking with 100% whole wheat flour,
the bread will be dense/heavy and not so soft or fluffy.But since it's very healthy and if you are health conscious you can try making them too.The use-of all purpose flour gives this bread a lighter texture.
Wheat Flour Bread:

Ingredients:
๐ท300 g wheat Flour
๐ท200g white Flour
๐ท1/2 cup of milk
๐ท1 tablespoon Instant yeast
๐ท1 tablespoon sugar
๐ท1 cup of warm water
๐ท1 teaspoon salt
๐ทCoconut oil or olive oil to brush the top(optional)
Method;
1)put all the ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes,
2)keep the dough covered with a damp cloth or Cling film and leave it to rise for one hour.
3)cut the dough equally into two pieces.one should weigh like 350-400g dough ball.In a floured board place a dough portion,roll the dough to a square shape,Fold both ends,Roll it,place it on a well greased Tray or loaf tin.
4)brush it with the oil or just keep it aside to rise for one more hour for the second proof.
5)Bake at 190c• for 30-40 minutes until done.

Tip: ๐นIf your yeast is old ,Proof your yeast to find out if it's still active by adding the sugar and yeast with half a cup of warm water,Then, wait 10 minutes. If the mixture bubbles and develops a yeasty aroma, the yeast is still good.If your yeast is good you can just add it to the flour .
๐นyou can dust with flour on top of the bread.
๐นBrush with Egg and you can sprinkle oats,sesame seeds on top of the bread too.
