Ingredients:
๐ธ1kg Beef With Bones
๐ธ1 large onion sliced
๐ธ1 medium Tomato chopped
๐ธ4 to 5 green chillies sliced
๐ธ1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste
๐ธ1/ 2 cup plain yoghurt
๐ธ3-4 tablespoons Cooking oil or Olive Oil
๐ธ2 teaspoons Salt
๐ธSome Curry Leaves
๐ธ2 pandan leaves
๐ธ1”Cinnamon stick
๐ธ3 -4 Cardamom pods
๐ธ1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
๐ธ1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
๐ธ2-3 tablespoons Chili Powder
๐ธ2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
๐ธ3 Tablespoons Coriander Powder
๐ธ1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
๐ธ2-3 cups of water or more as per your required gravy consistency.
Method:
1️⃣Wash the meat,drain the water and place it in a bowl.
2️⃣Add to the Washed Beef the Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Coriander Powder,Chili Powder,Pepper Powder,yoghurt,Salt,Mix it well and let it marinate for 20- 30 minutes.
3️⃣In to a pot add cooking oil(I added Olive Oil)
4️⃣Add the ginger and garlic paste and sautรฉ it.
5️⃣when it’s browned add the Cinnamon Stick and Cardamom pods.Stir it.
6️⃣Add the pandan leaves. Sautรฉ for few seconds. Then add onions,let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
7️⃣Add 1 teaspoon of Chili Powder to the oil to give a red color.this is totally optional.
8️⃣Thereafter add the marinated meat mixture.sautรฉ it for some minutes.add the Chopped Tomato,green Chillies,Curry leaves and add water to the masala and
Cook on High heat until it boils.
9️⃣Add the fenugreek Seeds, Reduce the flame to very low,Close with a lid and cook for 30 - 40 minutes until ready.
1️⃣0️⃣Once done, you should get a thick and silky gravy.
(Reduce or loosen the gravy consistency as per your preferences)
⏺Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.(optional)
⏺You can pressure cook for 10-15 whistles.
