Ingredients:
πΈ1kg Beef With Bones
πΈ1 large onion sliced
πΈ1 medium Tomato chopped
πΈ4 to 5 green chillies sliced
πΈ1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste
πΈ1/ 2 cup plain yoghurt
πΈ3-4 tablespoons Cooking oil or Olive Oil
πΈ2 teaspoons Salt
πΈSome Curry Leaves
πΈ2 pandan leaves
πΈ1”Cinnamon stick
πΈ3 -4 Cardamom pods
πΈ1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
πΈ1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
πΈ2-3 tablespoons Chili Powder
πΈ2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
πΈ3 Tablespoons Coriander Powder
πΈ1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
πΈ2-3 cups of water or more as per your required gravy consistency.
Method:
1️⃣Wash the meat,drain the water and place it in a bowl.
2️⃣Add to the Washed Beef the Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Coriander Powder,Chili Powder,Pepper Powder,yoghurt,Salt,Mix it well and let it marinate for 20- 30 minutes.
3️⃣In to a pot add cooking oil(I added Olive Oil)
4️⃣Add the ginger and garlic paste and sautΓ© it.
5️⃣when it’s browned add the Cinnamon Stick and Cardamom pods.Stir it.
6️⃣Add the pandan leaves. SautΓ© for few seconds. Then add onions,let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
7️⃣Add 1 teaspoon of Chili Powder to the oil to give a red color.this is totally optional.
8️⃣Thereafter add the marinated meat mixture.sautΓ© it for some minutes.add the Chopped Tomato,green Chillies,Curry leaves and add water to the masala and
Cook on High heat until it boils.
9️⃣Add the fenugreek Seeds, Reduce the flame to very low,Close with a lid and cook for 30 - 40 minutes until ready.
1️⃣0️⃣Once done, you should get a thick and silky gravy.
(Reduce or loosen the gravy consistency as per your preferences)
⏺Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.(optional)
⏺You can pressure cook for 10-15 whistles.
