Ingredients:


🌸1kg Beef With Bones

🌸1 large onion sliced

🌸1 medium Tomato chopped

🌸4 to 5 green chillies sliced

🌸1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste

🌸1/ 2 cup plain yoghurt

🌸3-4 tablespoons Cooking oil or Olive Oil

🌸2 teaspoons Salt 

🌸Some Curry Leaves

🌸2 pandan leaves

🌸1”Cinnamon stick

🌸3 -4 Cardamom pods

🌸1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

🌸1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder 

🌸2-3 tablespoons Chili Powder 

🌸2 teaspoons Cumin Powder

🌸3 Tablespoons Coriander Powder 

🌸1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder 

🌸2-3 cups of water or more as per your required gravy consistency.


Method:


1️⃣Wash the meat,drain the water and place it in a bowl. 

2️⃣Add to the Washed Beef the Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Coriander Powder,Chili Powder,Pepper Powder,yoghurt,Salt,Mix it well and let it marinate for 20- 30 minutes.

3️⃣In to a pot add cooking oil(I added Olive Oil)

4️⃣Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté it.

5️⃣when it’s browned add the Cinnamon Stick and Cardamom pods.Stir it.

6️⃣Add  the pandan leaves. Sauté for few seconds. Then add onions,let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

7️⃣Add 1 teaspoon of Chili Powder to the oil to give a red color.this is totally optional.

8️⃣Thereafter add the marinated meat mixture.sauté it for some minutes.add the Chopped Tomato,green Chillies,Curry leaves and add water to the masala and 

Cook on High heat until it boils.

9️⃣Add the fenugreek Seeds, Reduce the flame to very low,Close with a lid and cook for 30 - 40 minutes until ready.

1️⃣0️⃣Once done, you should get a thick and silky gravy.

(Reduce or loosen the gravy consistency as per your preferences)


Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.(optional)


You can pressure cook for 10-15 whistles.
