Ingredients:


๐ŸŒธ1kg Beef With Bones

๐ŸŒธ1 large onion sliced

๐ŸŒธ1 medium Tomato chopped

๐ŸŒธ4 to 5 green chillies sliced

๐ŸŒธ1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste

๐ŸŒธ1/ 2 cup plain yoghurt

๐ŸŒธ3-4 tablespoons Cooking oil or Olive Oil

๐ŸŒธ2 teaspoons Salt 

๐ŸŒธSome Curry Leaves

๐ŸŒธ2 pandan leaves

๐ŸŒธ1”Cinnamon stick

๐ŸŒธ3 -4 Cardamom pods

๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

๐ŸŒธ1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder 

๐ŸŒธ2-3 tablespoons Chili Powder 

๐ŸŒธ2 teaspoons Cumin Powder

๐ŸŒธ3 Tablespoons Coriander Powder 

๐ŸŒธ1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder 

๐ŸŒธ2-3 cups of water or more as per your required gravy consistency.


Method:


1️⃣Wash the meat,drain the water and place it in a bowl. 

2️⃣Add to the Washed Beef the Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Coriander Powder,Chili Powder,Pepper Powder,yoghurt,Salt,Mix it well and let it marinate for 20- 30 minutes.

3️⃣In to a pot add cooking oil(I added Olive Oil)

4️⃣Add the ginger and garlic paste and sautรฉ it.

5️⃣when it’s browned add the Cinnamon Stick and Cardamom pods.Stir it.

6️⃣Add  the pandan leaves. Sautรฉ for few seconds. Then add onions,let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

7️⃣Add 1 teaspoon of Chili Powder to the oil to give a red color.this is totally optional.

8️⃣Thereafter add the marinated meat mixture.sautรฉ it for some minutes.add the Chopped Tomato,green Chillies,Curry leaves and add water to the masala and 

Cook on High heat until it boils.

9️⃣Add the fenugreek Seeds, Reduce the flame to very low,Close with a lid and cook for 30 - 40 minutes until ready.

1️⃣0️⃣Once done, you should get a thick and silky gravy.

(Reduce or loosen the gravy consistency as per your preferences)


Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.(optional)


You can pressure cook for 10-15 whistles.
