 Self Saucing Chocolate Fudge Pudding

This ooey gooey decadent dessert is

chocolate wasted in a good way 

(Serves 5-6)



Base:

๐Ÿซ150g Flour 

๐Ÿซ100g Sugar 

๐Ÿซ2 teaspoons baking powder (8g)

๐Ÿซ4 tablespoons cocoa powder ( 20g)

๐Ÿซ2/4 teaspoon salt

๐Ÿซ170ml Milk

๐Ÿซ1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

๐Ÿซ85g unsalted butter 

๐Ÿซ8-10 chopped walnuts, chopped

๐Ÿซ4 squares of dark chocolate, chopped


Topping:

๐Ÿซ7 tablespoons white sugar

๐Ÿซ6 tablespoons brown sugar

๐Ÿซ6 tablespoons cocoa powder 

๐Ÿซ300ml Hot water



Method:

1️⃣Pre heat oven to 180C & grease baking dish with butter.

2️⃣Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the milk and mix it.

3️⃣Whisk all ingredients listed under “Base”

4️⃣Mix the dry ingredients listed under

Topping” and sprinkle over the base.

5️⃣Pour boiling water over it and DO NOT STIR.

6️⃣Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are set but centre is a little jiggly. Let it rest for 10 mins(optional)or server immediately.

7️⃣Serve with some vanila icecream,
