 Cauliflower Pakoda:

Ingredients:

2 Cups Cauliflower (cut into small florets)

1/2 cup Flour

1/4 cup Rice Flour

1/2 cup Cornflour 

2 tablespoons Soya Sauce

1 tablespoon Chili Sauce

Salt

1 teaspoon Ginger Chopped

1 teaspoon Green Chili Chopped 

1 cup Onions Chopped 

1 cup Spring Onions Chopped 

Coriander leaves (optional)


Method:

1️⃣Put all the ingredients into a bowl.

2️⃣Mix everything well,don’t add any water.Cover with a cling film and leave it aside for one hour.

3️⃣Deep fry in hot oil.

4️⃣You can mix and keep in the fridge and fry after 2-3 days.
