Ingredients:

πŸ“Œ1Kg Beef

πŸ“ŒHalf cup fried Onions 

πŸ“Œ1 medium sized tomato

πŸ“Œ5-6 green chillies 

πŸ“ŒCurry leaves and Pandan Leaves

πŸ“Œ1 cup plain yogurt 

πŸ“Œ1”stick cinnamon 

πŸ“Œ4 cardamoms  

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste

πŸ“Œ1 tsp garam masala powder 

πŸ“Œ2 tablespoons coriander powder

πŸ“Œ1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoon cummin powder 

πŸ“ŒSalt

πŸ“Œ2-3 tablespoons Oil

πŸ“Œ1 Onion Sliced


Method 

1️⃣Marinate the beef with yogurt and all the spices except cardamom pods ,Cinnamon stick and ginger & garlic paste.

2️⃣Heat Oil in a pressure cooker,add few sliced onions,cinnamon, cardomon,fry it for a minute.add the ginger & garlic paste and cook it till translucent.add the Pandan leaves .

3️⃣Add the marinated beef and give a quick stir.add the fried Onions and mix well.

4️⃣Add sufficient water to cook the beef. Cook for 5 whistles and switch off the fire.

5️⃣If you are cooking in the pot cook for 30-40 minutes.add water if needed ok until tender.
