(My Version)
Ingredients:
π1Kg Beef
πHalf cup fried Onions
π1 medium sized tomato
π5-6 green chillies
πCurry leaves and Pandan Leaves
π1 cup plain yogurt
π1”stick cinnamon
π4 cardamoms
π1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
π1 tsp garam masala powder
π2 tablespoons coriander powder
π1/2 tsp turmeric powder
π1 tablespoon cummin powder
πSalt
π2-3 tablespoons Oil
π1 Onion Sliced
Method
1️⃣Marinate the beef with yogurt and all the spices except cardamom pods ,Cinnamon stick and ginger & garlic paste.
2️⃣Heat Oil in a pressure cooker,add few sliced onions,cinnamon, cardomon,fry it for a minute.add the ginger & garlic paste and cook it till translucent.add the Pandan leaves .
3️⃣Add the marinated beef and give a quick stir.add the fried Onions and mix well.
4️⃣Add sufficient water to cook the beef. Cook for 5 whistles and switch off the fire.
5️⃣If you are cooking in the pot cook for 30-40 minutes.add water if needed ok until tender.
