Beef Kurma:

(My Version)


Ingredients:

๐Ÿ“Œ1Kg Beef

๐Ÿ“ŒHalf cup fried Onions 

๐Ÿ“Œ1 medium sized tomato

๐Ÿ“Œ5-6 green chillies 

๐Ÿ“ŒCurry leaves and Pandan Leaves

๐Ÿ“Œ1 cup plain yogurt 

๐Ÿ“Œ1”stick cinnamon 

๐Ÿ“Œ4 cardamoms  

๐Ÿ“Œ1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste

๐Ÿ“Œ1 tsp garam masala powder 

๐Ÿ“Œ2 tablespoons coriander powder

๐Ÿ“Œ1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

๐Ÿ“Œ1 tablespoon cummin powder 

๐Ÿ“ŒSalt

๐Ÿ“Œ2-3 tablespoons Oil

๐Ÿ“Œ1 Onion Sliced


Method 

1️⃣Marinate the beef with yogurt and all the spices except cardamom pods ,Cinnamon stick and ginger & garlic paste.

2️⃣Heat Oil in a pressure cooker,add few sliced onions,cinnamon, cardomon,fry it for a minute.add the ginger & garlic paste and cook it till translucent.add the Pandan leaves .

3️⃣Add the marinated beef and give a quick stir.add the fried Onions and mix well.

4️⃣Add sufficient water to cook the beef. Cook for 5 whistles and switch off the fire.

5️⃣If you are cooking in the pot cook for 30-40 minutes.add water if needed ok until tender.
