Ingredients:
📌1Kg Beef
📌Half cup fried Onions
📌1 medium sized tomato
📌5-6 green chillies
📌Curry leaves and Pandan Leaves
📌1 cup plain yogurt
📌1”stick cinnamon
📌4 cardamoms
📌1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
📌1 tsp garam masala powder
📌2 tablespoons coriander powder
📌1/2 tsp turmeric powder
📌1 tablespoon cummin powder
📌Salt
📌2-3 tablespoons Oil
📌1 Onion Sliced
Method
1️⃣Marinate the beef with yogurt and all the spices except cardamom pods ,Cinnamon stick and ginger & garlic paste.
2️⃣Heat Oil in a pressure cooker,add few sliced onions,cinnamon, cardomon,fry it for a minute.add the ginger & garlic paste and cook it till translucent.add the Pandan leaves .
3️⃣Add the marinated beef and give a quick stir.add the fried Onions and mix well.
4️⃣Add sufficient water to cook the beef. Cook for 5 whistles and switch off the fire.
5️⃣If you are cooking in the pot cook for 30-40 minutes.add water if needed ok until tender.
