Crispy Chicken Tenders:






 



Making this is so easy! The longest part is waiting for the marinade But once it’s all ready, it’s just a simple coat, dip, coat, fry, cool, and enjoy! Check out how to make Super Crispy Chicken Tenders.

IngredientsFor the Chicken:

πŸ“Œ500g Chicken

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon Salt

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoons Chilly powder

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoons Soy sauce

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoons Vinegar

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoons Chilly sauce

πŸ“Œ1 Egg

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)

Ingredients for the Flour mix:

πŸ“Œ1 cup All purpose flour

πŸ“Œ1/2 cup Cornflour

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon Salt

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon Baking powder

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoons 

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoons Garlic powder ( optional)


Method:

1️⃣Marinate the chicken strips and keep it aside for 1 hour

2️⃣Coat each piece in the flour mix.

3️⃣Dip it in the water and coat again with the flour mix.Repeat the process with all the chicken.

4️⃣Deep fry in oil.

5️⃣Put fried chicken pieces back to the hot oil and fry again for few seconds for extra crunch.(I fried only once)

6️⃣Enjoy !
