Ingredients:
📌4 Raw Mangoes
📌1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
📌1-2 teaspoon Chili powder or chili flakes
📌Salt to taste
📌1-2 green Chillies
📌1 tablespoon Oil
📌1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
📌1” Cinnamon Stick
📌Curry leaves, rampe
📌1 Onion sliced
📌5 tablespoons Sugar or jaggery to taste
Method:
1️⃣Add Oil to a pan.add the Rampe, mustard seeds let it flutter.add the cinnamon stick and Cardamom's stir
2️⃣Add the sliced Onions turmeric powder chili powder, Salt and the curry leaves.
3️⃣Cut the mangoes and add it.
4️⃣Add enough water to cook.when it boils close with a lid and cook on flame for 20 minutes.
5️⃣When the mangoes are completely cooked add the sugar depending on how much sweetness you need. Mangoes should be slightly dissolved and combined with the gravy. Then remove from fire.
