Ribbon Sherbet pudding:
Ingredients;
๐300ml Condensed Milk
๐300ml Milk
๐1/2 cup Water
๐1 1/2 tablespoons Gelatin soaked in 1/4 cup water
๐2 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour
๐4 tablespoons sugar
๐Few drops of Almond Essence
Method:
1️⃣Soak the gelatin with water and keep it aside.
2️⃣Mix the Cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water and keep it aside
3️⃣Boil the Milk ,Condensed Milk and water in a pan with the sugar.
4️⃣when it boils add the cornflour ,mix well.
5️⃣Add the soaked gelatin mix well until dissolved completely and switch off the fire.
6️⃣Add the almond essence mix well and pour into mould or tray.You can add it to separate bowls and add many layers too.
7️⃣Refrigerate at least for four hours before serving.
