  Ribbon Sherbet pudding:

Ingredients;

๐Ÿ“Œ300ml Condensed Milk

๐Ÿ“Œ300ml Milk

๐Ÿ“Œ1/2 cup Water

๐Ÿ“Œ1 1/2 tablespoons Gelatin soaked in 1/4 cup water

๐Ÿ“Œ2 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour

๐Ÿ“Œ4 tablespoons sugar  

๐Ÿ“ŒFew drops of Almond Essence 

Method:

1️⃣Soak the gelatin with water and keep it aside.

2️⃣Mix the Cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water and keep it aside

3️⃣Boil the Milk ,Condensed Milk and water in a pan with the sugar.

4️⃣when it boils add the cornflour ,mix well.

5️⃣Add the soaked gelatin mix well until dissolved completely and switch off the fire.

6️⃣Add the almond essence mix well and pour into mould or tray.You can add it to separate bowls and add many layers too.

7️⃣Refrigerate at least for four hours before serving.
