Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken Bites are juicy and tender .This quick and easy air fryer recipe is perfect to make on busy weeknights or any day of the week that you don’t feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen but crave a flavorful meal.

Serve tandoori chicken Bites as an appetizer with homemade yogurt sauce or turn it into a complete meal with ricevegetables, and salad. Juicy, extra-crispy Tandoori  Chicken Bites are another successful recreation of mine.


Air Fried Tandoori Chicken Bites:

Ingredients:

📌1kg boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighscut into 1-inch thick cubes

📌1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste

📌1 teaspoons Cumin Seed Powder 

📌2-3 teaspoons Chili Powder 

📌1 teaspoons Garam masala powder 

📌1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 

📌1 teaspoons Coriander powder 

📌1/2 cup plain Yoghurt or Curd

📌1 teaspoon Pepper Powder 

📌2-3 tablespoons lime juice 

📌Pinch of red food coloring 

📌1 teaspoons Salt 


Method:

1️⃣ Wash the chicken.leave it in a strainer to remove all the excess water.then wipe with a kitchen towel to remove the extra moisture.

2️⃣Add the chicken to a bowl and add the coriander powder, cumin powder, Chili Powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Red Food Color,Salt and the yoghurt.

3️⃣Mix everything well and leave it to marinate for one hour .

4️⃣ Transfer the cubed chicken to the air fryer basket in a single layer in the air fryer basket.Air fry at 200c• for 15 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.

5️⃣You can also bake the chicken tandoori bites in a preheated oven at 250c• for 13- 15 minutes
