Air Fried Tandoori Chicken Bites:

Ingredients:
๐1kg boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch thick cubes
๐1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste
๐1 teaspoons Cumin Seed Powder
๐2-3 teaspoons Chili Powder
๐1 teaspoons Garam masala powder
๐1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
๐1 teaspoons Coriander powder
๐1/2 cup plain Yoghurt or Curd
๐1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
๐2-3 tablespoons lime juice
๐Pinch of red food coloring
๐1 teaspoons Salt
Method:
1️⃣ Wash the chicken.leave it in a strainer to remove all the excess water.then wipe with a kitchen towel to remove the extra moisture.
2️⃣Add the chicken to a bowl and add the coriander powder, cumin powder, Chili Powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Red Food Color,Salt and the yoghurt.
3️⃣Mix everything well and leave it to marinate for one hour .
4️⃣ Transfer the cubed chicken to the air fryer basket in a single layer in the air fryer basket.Air fry at 200c• for 15 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
5️⃣You can also bake the chicken tandoori bites in a preheated oven at 250c• for 13- 15 minutes
